Cielito Lindo Mexican steakhouse and seafood – Authentic Mexican Flavors & Fresh Seafood in Yakima, WA

We're new to town and were itching for some good quality Mexican food. Y'all - this is for the people. You know a Mexican spot is good when they greet you in Spanish. The food was delicious and high quality. Denise and her husband (the owners) went around every table and introduced themselves and made sure everything was good. I can't recommend this place enough. Highly recommend. Thank you so much again!

Food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were the only patrons for lunch during our brief visit. Very clean and contemporary.

I don't know if one more 5 star review will make any difference, but at least I'll know that I gave them the feedback they deserve. I was passing through Yakima on a solo motorcycle trip and stayed at the Y Hotel up the street. This was within walking distance and so I gave it a shot. It was a quiet week night with few customers, but they went well out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I asked for a combination of a taco and enchilada that wasn't on the printed menu but they eagerly prepared it for me, even though I can't speak Spanish and the waitress was more comfortable in that language, we still managed to communicate somehow. It was just fantastic. I had a wonderful experience and would encourage all Yakimans (?) to give it a try. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy, but it was worth the adventure. (BTW, I can't believe that other reviewer gave them one star because they had no AC even though he said the food and service were excellent. It takes all kinds I guess!)

The food was amazing, huge portions and as fresh as you can get without cooking at home! The staff was also very kind and really took care of us. I highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be returning!

Not the typical Mexican restaurant experience. The dining area was very modern and bright, with appropriate music playing in the background. They have an extensive cocktail menu to get things started along with tortilla chips and guacamole. I came for the short ribs and was not disappointed, they were delicious. My wife enjoyed the Shrimp in Mango. Both portions were very generous. Service pacing was leisurely. If you are looking for something more elegant then give this restaurant a try.

What a great new addition to the Yakima restaurant scene! Super fresh food, friendly and fast service…my experience was wonderful! Very close to area hotels and motels so centrally located. Highly recommend the very fresh food and lovely sociability of the owner, Omar. 10/10!

It's a great place with really nice people serving, the owners came and talked with us and the other customers, they are really nice people, also a really clean and wonderful restaurant, nice ambiance, I loved the furniture and how everything is placed, plus the food! Man! I've never tasted a steak like this before! It was awesome I could just not finish it because I wanted to keep tasting it, also the octopus and shrimp man! Definitely worth the money and the time there.
